Here are the steps on how to get blue tick in MySejahtera!
According to the information released by the official MySejahtera, after the public has verified their identity, MySejahtera will have a blue tick and mark the words Verified / Sah.
If your MySejahtera has not been authenticated, the system will display the words Verify Now or Sahkan Segera in red. If you do not authenticate immediately, you may experience problems using some of MySejahtera’s features, such as vaccination certificates may not be displayed correctly.
To verify your identity, you can click the red Verify Now or Sahkan Segera, then fill in the relevant information and enter your date of birth. Notice! Only MySejahtera version 1.1.8 has the function of blue tick.
How to verify MySejahtera profile?
Step 1: Click on the red Sahkan Segera or Verify Now.
Step 2: Check the information displayed by the system and click on Sahkan.
Step 3: After confirming that all the information is correct, click OK.
Step 4: After updating the information, MySejahtera will display a blue tick and the words Verified or Sah.
