To check the balance of your Touch ‘n Go Card, you can choose to bundle your card with Touch ‘n Go eWallet and then you can check the balance of your Touch ‘n Go Card directly through Touch ‘n Go eWallet. You can then view the balance of your Touch ‘n Go Card and each transaction directly through Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
Before you can bind your Damascus Card to Touch ‘n Go eWallet, you must first get the serial number (Card/Device Serial No.) of your Damascus Touch ‘n Go Card. You can recharge your Damascus Card first and remember to get the recharge receipt. The MyKad MFG/Serial No. of the Touch ‘n Go Card can be found on the receipt.
Then you can open the Touch ‘n Go eWallet, click on the TNG Card function, select Add New TNG Card, enter the serial number on the receipt, then enter the SMS TAC verification code you received, and you are done with the Touch ‘n Go eWallet. Touch ‘n Go Card is now available.
Remember! There is an expiration date for the Touch ‘n Go Card, so check the expiration date and use up the balance before the expiration date.
