The 30-day trial period of Maxis’ 5G Access Pass is coming to an end! If you don’t want to pay RM10 more per month for 5G internet service, you have to remember to go ahead and cancel your 5G Access Pass subscription before September 15th.
Maxis officially 5G network service in August, all Maxis subscribers can use 5G network service from August 15 to September 15, 2023 for free. Subscribers can enable 5G Access Pass during this time without paying any additional fees.
If you have previously tried Maxis 5G Access Pass and you do not choose to manually cancel your subscription after September 15, an additional RM10 5G Access Pass fee will be levied on your monthly bill thereafter.
To cancel Maxis 5G Access Pass, you can open Maxis APP and click on Get 5G icon. Then you will find the To manage your 5G access, clicks here on the page. Click here in that word and then you can choose Unsubscribe 5G Access.
How to Unsubscribe 5G Access Pass in Maxis APP?
Step 1: Open Maxis APP.
Step 2: Click on the Get 5G icon on the homepage.
Step 3: Click the To manage your 5G access, clicks here word in the page.
Step 4: Select UNSUBSCRIBE 5G ACCESS.
