The new TNG card was sold in large quantities on the 11th of February and many people have already successfully bought the new TNG card which can be reloaded via cell phone. After receiving the new TNG card, users will need to tie the new card to the Touch ‘n Go eWallet in order to recharge the new card.
If you have successfully bought the new TNG card, here is how to bind and activate the new TNG card in Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
Step 1: Open the Touch ‘n Go eWallet APP and click on the TNG Card icon.
Step 2: Click on the Add Card button or the + button.
Step 3: Click on Scan Now or the blue wave button.
Step 4: Place and tap the new TNG card on the back of the phone. iPhone users should place it in the camera position, while Android phones should place it in the middle of the back of the phone.
Step 5: Once the system has successfully read the new TNG card information, the 10-digit serial number will be displayed and you will need to check to see if the serial number is accurate.
Step 6: You can fill in the name of the new card or the system will automatically name your new card.
Step 7: Click the Add button.
Step 8: Enter your Touch ‘n Go eWallet’s 6-digit PIN.
Step 9: Finish.
