You can now get a JPJ online queue number before going to the JPJ office.
JPJ introduced the JPJeQ APP, which enables the general public to access the electronic queue number via a mobile device, potentially reducing wait times.
You have to wait in line every time you visit JPJ for business, which takes a lot of time and effort. JPJ has introduced the JPJeQ APP electronic queuing service in order to achieve this. The general public can scan a QR code at a JPJ branch to gain an electronic queuing number, and they can subsequently check the APP for the most recent number sorting status.
You can go shopping at a nearby mall or grocery store after you get your e-queue number. JPJeQ will notify you when it’s your turn.
Be aware that in order for JPJeQ to access your location data when you use it, you must enable the positioning feature on your mobile device. Next time you’re at home, if you want to take a picture of the JPJ QR code and scan it to acquire the electronic queuing number, make sure you’re within 200 metres of the JPJ branch because you can’t use this feature farther than that.
How to get the electronic queuing number through JPJeQ APP
Step 1: Search and download the JPJeQ APP in the app store.
Step 2: Open the JPJeQ APP and allow the APP to obtain your mobile phone location information.
Step 3: The system will automatically search for JPJ branches near your area.
Step 4: You need to go to the JPJ branch and use the JPJeQ APP to scan the QR code.
Step 5: Select the transaction details you want to handle.
Step 6: You will then get an electronic queuing number.
