How to get the transfer receipt from the HLB Connect APP?
Users of Hong Leong Bank can see their prior transfer receipts directly using the HLB Connect APP.
In most cases, after completing the bank transfer, everyone would provide the transfer receipt to the other side to prove that the transfer was done. You can still get the past transfer receipt if you neglect to preserve the receipt after completing the transfer.
Hong Leong Bank allows users to obtain prior transfer receipts immediately through the HLB Connect APP.
The procedure is straightforward: log in to your HLB Connect account and click to the Menu tab and select Activities. Then, on the right, click the three dots and select a transfer transaction. Then, in the upper right corner, click Receipt to get the transfer receipt.
How to get a previous transfer receipt from the HLB Connect APP?
Step 1: Open the HLB Connect APP.
Step 2: Click Menu and find Activities.
Step 3: Click the three dots next to the transaction you want to check.
Step 4: Click View Details.
Step 5: Click Receipt in the upper right corner to download the transfer receipt.
