Is your RHB Debit Card about to expire in the near future?
According to RHB’s website, you can replace your Debit Card online, either 6 months before it expires or 12 months after it expires.
Each Debit Card has an expiration date. Generally, a Debit Card is valid for 7 years and needs to be replaced after 7 years, otherwise it cannot be used anymore.
To find out the expiration date of your Debit Card, you can check the VALID THRU on the front of your Debit Card, if the card shows 07/22, it means it expires in July 2022. If the card shows 12/22, then it will expire in December 2022.
You can replace your Debit Card not only online, but also directly through RHB Bank counter.
How to replace RHB Debit Card online?
Step 1: Visit https://onlinebanking.rhbgroup.com/card/ (or visit the new RHB website and find the quick link to replace your Debit Card), enter your Debit Card number, and click NEXT.
Step 2: If your Debit Card is eligible for renewal, the system will send an OTP to your mobile number. You can enter the OTP and click SUBMIT.
Step 3: Enter the incoming address and click NEXT.
Step 4: Review and make sure the information entered is correct, then check the box for terms and conditions and click SUBMIT.
Step 5: The system will display the wording Debit Card Renewal Successful, which means your application is successful.
