How do I change my password for Maybank e-Statement?
Banks in China have been moving away from paper statements to e-Statement since many years ago. Each bank will send e-Statement to customers via email every month.
The password for Maybank e-Statement is the date of your birthday, but you can set your own password.
If you wish to change your password for your Maybank e-statement, you can do so by visiting the web version of Maybank2u and logging into your account and selecting Settings > Accounts > Email Statement Delivery > 3 dots > Edit Details > I would like to create my I would like to create my own password > Key In Password > Save.
How do I change my password for Maybank e-Statement?
Step 1: Login to the web version of Maybank2u.
Step 2: Click on Settings and then click on Accounts.
Step 3: Select Email Statement Delivery, and then click on the option function of the three dots.
Step 4: Select Edit Details.
Step 5: Select I would like to create my own password.
Step 6: Enter the new password.
Step 7: Click Save to save.
