I’m sure many of you have experienced that your car keys suddenly run out of battery without any previous signs.
In fact, there are some signs when a car key is about to run out of battery. Experienced drivers say that as long as these signs appear, it means that the battery is about to run out, and you should change your battery as soon as possible.
1. Remote control distance become shorter
The distance between the ordinary remote control reach more than 20 meters when it is fully charged. When the remote control is used for a long time, when its power is about to run out, its remote control distance will become shorter. The distance is slowly shortened to nearly 10 meters, more faintly, or even 5 meters.
2. The indicator light does not light up when you press
The indicator light on your remote control will generally light up when the key is pressed. If one day you suddenly find that the indicator light is not on, or the indicator light is not as bright as before, it means that it is likely that the car key is about to run out of battery.
3. Intermittent failure of the car key
Sometimes the key is not functioning, or it takes several times to react, this kind of car key failure is called intermittent failure. In this case, there are two reasons, one is that the car key is broken, and the other is that the car key is going to run out of battery.
