Less than 50 days to go until Chinese New Year! Hoping to lose a little more weight before Chinese New Year? Here are a four week diet plan recommended for you!

The first week
This phase is mainly to let the body slowly adapt. Stick to three meals as usual, and no need to do exercise. As long as you control your mouth, do not be tempted by snacks, milk tea and cake. If you are too hungry, you can drink more water, or go to bed earlier.

The second week
Congratulations on your second week! You still don’t need to do exercise in the second week, but you will find that you are losing weight, but your body shape is still the same and your bowel movements will become more regular and smooth. This is because eating and drinking less during this time can effectively address visceral fat.

Try no to have rice for dinner and less staple food. And drink more than 2000ml of water every day.

 

The third week
The third week is the real start, you must control your daily calorie intake and start doing some cardio exercise. At this point you will notice not only a significant weight loss, but also a change in your body shape.

For breakfast, cut out bread, buns, noodles and other flours. Eat only one egg + milk + cucumber/corn/sweet potato. Lunch as usual. For dinner, try not to have staple food, just vegetables and meat.

Start doing some aerobic exercises, such as jumping rope, running, swimming, etc. 3-6 sets per day, adjust according to own condition.

The fourth week
In the fourth week, you will find that your fat has been broken down a lot, your appetite starts to drop and you eat a lot less than before. At this point, follow the recipes from week three for all three meals. And try to get more workout.

Stick with it for 4 weeks and you’ll surprise yourself!
