According to Honda’s official website, with the government’s sales tax exemption offer ending on June 30, this means that the price of new cars will increase by up to 5.16% from July 1, 2022.
The new Honda City Sedan is priced at a minimum of RM77,600 and a maximum of RM108,800, while the City Hatchback is priced at a minimum of RM78,600 and a maximum of RM109,800.
For the Honda Civic, new car prices range from a minimum of RM130,700 to a maximum of RM150,700, with a maximum increase of RM6,349.91.
It is worth noting in particular that if you are placing an order for a new car in July, you may have to wait longer to pick up your car as many people are rushing to place their orders before June 30, which has caused the carmaker to accumulate a large number of orders.
