Homemade Mint Ice Cream! Completed in 15 minutes! Super easy!

▼ Ingredients

  • Whipping Cream – 80ml
  • Milk – 65ml
  • White Granulated Sugar – 30g
  • Egg Yolks – 2
  • Dark Chocolate – a few
  • Mint Leaves – a few
  • Ice Cream Machine (if there is no ice cream machine, use an electric whisk)

▼ Steps

  1. Pour a few of mint leaves into milk and smash it to become milk mint liquid.
  2. Put the mixed milk in the pot and cook for a while.
  3. Strain the mint leaves through a strainer.
  4. Pour the sugar into the egg yolks.
  5. Stir the egg yolks until they become whitish and bulky.
  6. Added the filtered mint milk to the egg yolk when it is cooled.
  7. Pour the mixture into the pot and heat it on a low fire.
  8. Chop the chocolate to be used.
  9. Prepare 80ml of cream, pour it into the egg yolk and mint mixture, and add chocolate chips.
  10. Last, pour into the ice cream machine.

If you don’t have an ice cream machine, you can use a blender to whip the cream to 60% to 70%, then pour the mint mixture and whip to 80%. Add chocolate chips and mix well and put in the refrigerator. Take out and stir every hour to prevent smoothies from forming.
