- Whipping Cream – 80ml
- Milk – 65ml
- White Granulated Sugar – 30g
- Egg Yolks – 2
- Dark Chocolate – a few
- Mint Leaves – a few
- Ice Cream Machine (if there is no ice cream machine, use an electric whisk)
▼ Steps
- Pour a few of mint leaves into milk and smash it to become milk mint liquid.
- Put the mixed milk in the pot and cook for a while.
- Strain the mint leaves through a strainer.
- Pour the sugar into the egg yolks.
- Stir the egg yolks until they become whitish and bulky.
- Added the filtered mint milk to the egg yolk when it is cooled.
- Pour the mixture into the pot and heat it on a low fire.
- Chop the chocolate to be used.
- Prepare 80ml of cream, pour it into the egg yolk and mint mixture, and add chocolate chips.
- Last, pour into the ice cream machine.
