Home office design tips to make your home office amazing!

10/12/2021

People who were required to stay in office from 9 to 5 have now become the new norm of working from home. As a result, the need for a home-based work environment has become higher than ever before. Today, we would like to share with you some of the key points in designing a home office.

Tip 1: Size
Working at home doesn’t mean have to choose a study room as your office; after all, some people’s homes are not spacious enough to have a study. You can choose the area in your home where you feel most comfortable, such as the dining room, living room, bedroom or even the balcony. As long as you feel that this area allows you to fully concentrate and have a high efficiency to complete the work.

Tip 2: Lighting
Insufficient light tends to make it difficult to focus on work. Of course, the light should not be too violent also, especially now we face more 3C products, easy to produce reflective problems to stimulate the eyes.

Tip 3: Socket
When choosing a work area must ensure that there are enough socket to provide power.

Tip 4: Shelves
If your work requires fewer files, shelves may not be important to you. For those who need to store a lot of files, you may want to consider moveable shelves so you can move and change your workplace.

Tip 5: Desk and chair configuration
The height of the desk and chair must match your height to avoid discomfort associated with sitting for long periods of time. I think desks and chairs are well worth the investment. A good chair will allow you to work more comfortably and be more productive.
