HLB Connect APP sent a set of random codes to users at around 6pm on August 15, 2022 and subsequently the app was slow and unable to log in.
The codes sent by HLB Connect APP included test 1, 12, 123, 1234 and more, all of which were codes used by some programmers to test the app. Users flocked to the HLB Facebook page to find out why.
HLB facebook replied: “Please disregard the test notification which you inadvertently received. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we thank you for your understanding.”
If you have received a similar notification, do not need to panic. At the moment only the HLB Connect APP can’t be logging in, the HLB Connect web version is still available as usual.
