▼ Materials:

  • 100g cream cheese
  • 100g cream
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 10g zero-calories sugar
  • 1 egg

▼ Steps:

  1. Mix 100g of cream with 15ml of lemon juice and set aside.
  2. Stir together 100g of cream cheese and 10g of zero-calorie sugar until smooth.
  3. Pour 1 egg and 100g of sour cream and stir again.
  4. Preheat the oven and spread a layer of baking paper in the mold.
  5. Pour the mixture into the mold and pour a little water on the baking tray before placing the mold in the oven at 210 degrees for 35 minutes.
  6. Put the baked heavy cheesecake in the refrigerator for 4 hours before you start!
