TNG has launched a new Touch ‘n Go Card that can be reloaded via mobile phones! If you want to switch to the new Touch ‘n Go Card, you can do so by cancelling the old one and transferring the funds to the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
The public can now purchase the new Touch ‘n Go Card using the Touch ‘n Go eWallet, according to Touch ‘n Go. This Touch ‘n Go Card allows users to reload immediately from their phone, eliminating the need to visit the website in the future.
To reload the new Touch ‘n Go Card, open the Touch ‘n Go eWallet, select the amount to reload, and then place the new Touch ‘n Go Card on the back of the phone for 5 seconds.
You can choose to withdraw money from your old Touch ‘n Go Card and transfer it to the Touch ‘n Go eWallet if you still have money on it. Here’s how to use your old Touch ‘n Go Card to make a cash withdrawal.
Notice! Users who have previously registered online are only eligible to apply for withdrawal using the MyTouchnGo Portal. If you haven’t yet registered your Touch ‘n Go Card with MyTouchnGo Portal, you can do so immediately and then apply for withdrawal.
Step 1: Go to https://customerservice.touchngo.com.my/eRefund/Step1.aspx and fill out the card number and MyKad number, then click Next. Choose Register Now if you haven’t already done so.
Step 2: Click Next after entering your name, nationality, phone number, and email address.
Step 3: Select the reason of refund.
Step 4: Choose whether there is any balance on the card, and choose the method of refund.
Step 5: Fill up your bank account information or your TNG eWallet account number.
Step 6: Done.
