Have you forgotten your MySejahtera password? Here’s how you can change your password.
The government has introduced the MySejahtera APP after the breakout of Covid-19 in our country, and people must use MySejahtera to register when visiting public locations.
MySejahtera not only allows you to register, but it also allows you to look for vaccination certificates. You can choose to reset your MySejahtera password if you forget it.
Before you reset your MySejahtera password, make sure you know what your MySejahtera ID is. Your mobile number or email address can be used as your MySejahtera ID. On MySejahtera’s Profile page, you can check your MySejahtera ID.
Then you can select Lupa Kata Laluan on the MySejahtera login page and enter the MySejahtera ID. If you are using your mobile number as MySejahtera ID, you must enter the country code, which is 60. For example, your mobile phone number is 016-8899001, you need to enter 60168899001.
Then you will get a link to reset your password via SMS or email, click the link to reset your password and set a new password.
What should I do if I forgot MySejahtera password?
Step 1: Click on Lupa Kata Laluan on the homepage of MySejahtera.
Step 2: Enter your MySejahtera ID. To use your mobile phone number as MySejahtera ID, you need to enter the country code (60).
Step 3: Click on I’m not a robot, then click on Hantar.
Step 4: Make a Captcha and answer the security question to authenticate, then click Hantar Submit.
Step 5: You will receive an SMS or email asking you to click on the link to reset your MySejahtera password.
Step 6: After clicking the link, you will need to enter your new password and then click Reset Password.
Step 7: You can use the new password to log in to MySejahtera.
