If you want to switch to the new Touch ‘n Go Card, you can choose to terminate the old card and transfer the money from the old card to the Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
To request a withdrawal from your old card, you must first register with MyTouchnGo Portal before you can request a withdrawal. If your old card is not yet registered with MyTouchnGo Portal, you can register now and only then request a withdrawal.
Users have the option to obtain a refund on their old card through their bank account or through the TNG e-Wallet.
To request a withdrawal from an old TNG card
Step 1: Go to https://customerservice.touchngo.com.my/eRefund/Step1.aspx, enter your card number and your TNG card number and click Next. If you are not registered, select Register Now.
Step 2: Enter your name, nationality, phone number and email details and click Next.
Step 3: Select the reason for refund.
Step 4: Select if there is still a balance on your card and how you want to get a refund.
Step 5: Enter your bank account information or TNG e-Wallet account number.
Step 6: Complete.
In addition, new TNG cards are still available from time to time on Lazada. If you haven’t gotten a new TNG card so far, you can visit here to buy one.
