Gordon Ramsay, a well-known British chef and restaurateur, completed the Ramsay family.
On social media on Saturday, the 57-year-old judge of the reality cooking series MasterChef (2010–present) revealed that he and his 49-year-old wife Tana had welcomed their sixth child, a boy.
The 57-year-old Ramsay wrote, “What an amazing birthday present.” Welcome, Jesse James Ramsay. He weighs a whopping 7 pounds, 10 ounces (3.5 kg). To the Ramsay Brigade, one more bundle of love. Three girls and three boys… Done.
In some of the pictures that he posted on social media, Ramsay can be seen kissing Jesse’s head, and in other images, Tana is seen cuddling up to the infant on a hospital bed.
Five other children have been born to the couple since their 1996 wedding: Megan, 25, Jack and Holly, the twins, 23, Matilda, 22, and Oscar, 4.
Tana also posted a picture of Oscar holding his new brother on social media.
“We’ve made it and we have been blessed with this little bundle,” she wrote, despite the fact that she described the pregnancy as an anxious time. The Ramsey family is undoubtedly complete, she continued. We are really in love with you, Jesse James Ramsay.
Friends Hugh Jackman and Jeremy Renner, as well as fashion designer and former Spice Girl singer Victoria Beckham, who has four children, as well as celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, who has five children, sent their best wishes to Ramsay and Tana.
On social media, Holly and Matilda, Ramsay’s daughters, posted pictures of themselves cuddling their younger brother.
“My heart is so full, and I’m a big sister again. Holly wrote, “@tanaramsay, you are a rock star.”
Matilda continued, “Feeling so lucky to have another amazing brother and to be a big sister again.”
Tana revealed a family photo from when Megan was celebrating her 18th birthday on social media in June, the same month she opened up about her miscarriage from 2016.
“Little did we know, a few days later I would be holding our little boy Rocky – born with a strong heartbeat, but too little to survive,” Tana wrote. “Although it’s seven years today, it still feels like yesterday. We all miss you every day. We love you, Rocky, forever in our hearts.”
