SAVE3.0 is a government program to encourage people to buy energy efficient appliances with 4 or 5 stars. SAVE3.0 will further expand the scope of energy efficient appliances, that is, not only refrigerators and air conditioners, but also televisions, washing machines, microwave ovens and rice cookers.
SAVE3.0 divides appliances into 2 groups, the 1st group include refrigerators and air conditioners, and the 2nd group incluude TVs, washing machines, microwave ovens and rice cookers. You can get RM200 discount when you purchase a refrigerator or air conditioner in the 1st group. RM200 discount on the purchase of TV or washing machine in the 2nd group, RM100 discount on microwave oven and RM50 discount on rice cooker.
This offer is only available to Malaysian citizens and is limited to TNB, SESB or SEB electricity supply customers, and only one customer can apply per electricity supply account. If you purchased a refrigerator or air conditioner under SAVE2.0 last year, you will not be able to get the discount under Group 1 under SAVE3.0, you can only get the discount under Group 2.
This offer starts on January 7, 2022. Interested people can bring their electricity bills to the stores participating in the SAVE2.0 or SAVE3.0 program to purchase appliances. Shopee and Lazada are also one of the partnering platforms, so you can also purchase appliances through Shopee or Lazada and enjoy the discount.
