Many activities, such as dining, shopping, watching movies, etc., are open to those who have completed vaccination, but some people haven’t been vaccinated for the second dose for 14 days, then they walk around, and finally, they are fined Saman!
Within 19 days after Malacca entered the second stage of the national recovery plan, the law enforcement units issued 28 fines totalling nearly RM100,000 to the offenders!
The police’s “National Recovery Plan Phase II Banning Action” includes seaside, leisure parks, restaurants, etc. to check whether people comply with SOPs.
During this period, law enforcement officers issued 23 SAMAN to restaurant operators and diners who were less than 14 days after complete vaccination, and the other five SAMAN were for couples who had picnics at the seaside, “dated” in the park, and offenders who did not wear masks.
Some people only get the first dose of vaccine, and then go out to eat in a restaurant, while some parents or couples have completed two doses of vaccine, but less than 14 days, they took their children out to play or date.
Although restaurants are open for dining, the operators must ensure that diners meet the requirements before they are allowed to dine. Otherwise, restaurant operators can be issued RM10000, while individuals will be fined RM2000.
