Diabetes
If you have diabetes, you should avoid fruit juice because fruit has high sugar content, and if you drink it in the form of “juice”, your blood sugar will definitely be higher. Drinking fruit juice is a little different from eating fruit because it is liquid and therefore easily absorbed by the body.

Stomach problems
If garlic is added to fruit juice, people with stomach problems should drink it with caution. Because the allicin in garlic has a pungent taste, it can irritate the stomach causing heartburn and indigestion. Since garlic juice is more compressed than raw garlic, it can give more irritation to the stomach.

Liver disease
When the detoxification ability of liver disease decreases, it is better not to drink kudzu juice, as it can cause hepatotoxicity if other highly concentrated foods such as kudzu are consumed. Fruit and vegetable juices are fine to drink, but just avoid those foods that cause hepatotoxicity.

Anemia
Grape juice and date juice contain high levels of tannins because tannins, if combined with iron, form iron tannate, which can greatly reduce the absorption of iron. If you are a person who is deficient in iron causing the appearance of anemia, then date and grape juice should not be consumed.

Kidney disease
If you have kidney problems, avoid fruits and vegetables with potassium content, such as pears, apples and onions are rich in potassium content. Because people with bad kidneys have to filter potassium poorly, it’s best not to burden the kidneys by consuming fruits and vegetables with potassium.

Although the benefits of fruit and vegetable juice are many, if you are suffering from the above symptoms, then you’d better not drink it. It’s not good for your health, but it’s not good to add to the burden.
