The BKM Assistance Scheme is open for applications and updates from January 1st! If you are a previous BPR, BKC or GKP recipient, you do not need to update your details if there is no change.
The BKM is a government assistance scheme for families with a monthly income of up to RM5,000 and single persons with a monthly income of up to RM2,500. People can visit the BKM website to apply or update their information between January 1 and January 31, 2022.
When logging into your BKM account, you will need to enter the password you used to apply for BPR or BKC assistance. If you forget your BKM account password, you can choose to reset it. When resetting your password, you will need to enter the email address you used to register for your account. You will receive a one-time temporary password via email.
If the email you entered does not match the information in the BKM system, you can answer several security questions to verify your identity. If you answer the security questions incorrectly 3 times in a row, the system will display Id Permohonan anda telah disekat. sila cuba semula selepas 24 jam. this means that it will take 24 hours before you can try to log in to the account again.
If you are still unable to answer the correct question, you can call the BKM hotline at 1-800-88-2747 or visit your nearest Inland Revenue Department (LHDN) for assistance.
How do I reset my BKM account password?
Step 1: Browse https://bkm.hasil.gov.my/ and click LOG MASUK BKM.
Step 2: Click on TERLUPA KATA LALUAN.
Step 3: Enter the toll booth number and click Semak.
Step 4: Enter the email address you used to register your account before and click on Seterusnya.
Step 5: A temporary one-time password will be sent to your email.
Step 6: Open the email and find the temporary one-time password.
Step 7: Go back to the BKM website and enter the temporary one-time password, then login to your account.
Step 8: After logging into your BKM account, you will need to create a new password for future login purposes.
