Have you completed your vaccination abroad such as Singapore or Thailand? You can submit proof of vaccination at MySejahtera when you return to your home country to obtain an electronic certificate of vaccination.
Only those who have completed the vaccination can dine-in, cross-state, travel, etc. in the country. If you have not yet obtained an electronic certificate of vaccination, you can upload the certificate of vaccination received abroad to MySejahtera.
After completing the upload, you will need to wait approximately 5 days for validation. Once the verification is completed, your MySejahtera will show the electronic certificate of vaccination.
Here’s how to upload your own vaccination certificates from abroad in MySejahtera.
Step 1: Open MySejahtera and go to Helpdesk.
Step 2: Find item N, which is I Have received my vaccination overseas and would like to obtain my digital certificate in MySejahtera.
Step 3: Enter your name, email or cell phone number.
Step 4: Select the dose of vaccine you want to update, you can choose C Both Doses.
Step 5: Enter information about the vaccination, such as ID number, vaccine type, country of vaccination, date of vaccination, vaccination number, etc.
Step 6: Upload your foreign vaccination certificate or documents.
Step 7: Click I’m not a robot for verification.
Step 8: Submit.
