According to the news issued by the Senior Minister of Defence, Datuk Seri Hishammuddin, Perlis, Perak, Penang, Sabah and Kedah will enter the fourth phase of recovery from November 8, 2021. These states are currently in the third phase of recovery.
This also means that all states and regions in Malaysia have entered the fourth phase of recovery, except Sarawak and Kelantan which are still in the third phase of recovery.
Phase 3 Recovery: Sarawak and Kelantan
Phase4 Recovery: Perlis, Kedah, Penang, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, Selangor, Melaka, Johor, Pahang, Terengganu, Sabah and Labuan
