Caution! The Meteorological Department has issued a severe weather warning until December 3rd.
Severe weather brought about by the monsoon is expected to continue until December 3, 2023 under weather model analysis, according to a message issued by the Meteorological Department of Malaysia. The east coast of the peninsula and the North Malaysian region will be blanketed with high humidity and persistent rainfall is likely to arrive.
The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MMD) has updated the persistent rainfall warning for Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Kedah and Perak until December 3, 2023,” the report said.
Other states in the country will also experience thunderstorms, strong winds and heavy rainfall during this period, and the public is urged to be vigilant.
