Experiencing network failure or unreasonable charges? You can complain to MCMC!

The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) has launched a complaint website to allow people to file complaints if they encounter problems with their communications and multimedia services, including mobile networks, email, fixed lines, pay TV, social media, broadband services and more.

Here is how to file a complaint with MCMC against a telecommunications company.

Step 1: Browse https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/Complaint/AddComplaint .

Step 2: Select Complaint in Jenis Aduan, Cellular Services in Jenis Perkhidmatan.

Step 3: Select Network in Kategori and then Subkategori for the problem you are facing, such as service disruption, low coverage, etc.

Step 4: Select the name of the telecom company you want to complain about.

Step 5: Enter personal details such as name, ID number, contact information, etc.

Step 6: Enter the details of the complaint to be filed, you can attach a photo.

Step 7: Once you have entered all the required information you can click on Hantar / Submit.

Step 8: You can navigate to https://aduan.skmm.gov.my/ click on SEMAK ADUAN / TRACK COMPLAINT and then use your ID number or mobile number to check the progress of your complaint.
