Applications for the Special Withdrawal Scheme are now open!
The Employees Provident Fund Board (KWSP) is open for members to withdraw up to RM10,000 from April 1 to April 30, Members can check the result of their application from April 9 and receive their withdrawal in one go as early as April 20.
Members who are interested in participating in the CPF Special Withdrawal Scheme can visit https://pengeluarankhas.kwsp.gov.my/ and enter their ID card number for identity verification and the system will automatically display the amount you can withdraw or you can choose the amount you want to withdraw.
Attention! The minimum withdrawal amount for members is RM50 and the maximum withdrawal amount is RM10,000. Members must keep at least RM100 in their primary account to keep their CPF account active. Members will not be able to amend their details after submitting the withdrawal application, members are urged to double-check before submitting the application.
Members can only use their personal account under their own name to participate in withdrawals, members cannot use joint accounts or corporate accounts to claim payments. After the withdrawal application, the subsequent monthly CPF contributions will be prioritized into the first account until the withdrawal amount is filled.
Steps to apply for i-Citra
Step 1: Visit https://pengeluarankhas.kwsp.gov.my/ and click on PERMOHONAN.
Step 2: Enter your ID number and cell phone number.
Step 3: Click on TERUSKAN and enter the SMS OTP received by your cell phone or answer the security question.
Step 4: Select the amount you want to withdraw.
Step 5: The system will show you the details of the amount you will receive and you can click TERUSKAN.
Step 6: Enter your personal and bank account information and answer the short questionnaire, then click TERUSKAN.
Step 7: Read the terms and regulations and click HANTAR.
