All domestic e-wallet platforms support the DuitNow transfer function, so you can easily withdraw money from your e-wallet to your bank account.

When e-wallets became popular in Malaysia, many users complained about the lack of connectivity between e-wallet platforms, which led to users having to download multiple e-wallets and register multiple e-wallet accounts.

As the DuitNow ecosystem gradually matures in Malaysia e-payments, domestic e-wallets and banks are now supporting universal payment QR codes and payment systems. Users can easily transfer money from one e-wallet to another, or even withdraw money to the bank with just one ID.

Touch ‘n Go eWallet withdrawals via DuitNow are as simple as opening Touch ‘n Go eWallet and clicking Transfer. then select DuitNow and choose the type of payment ID and payment ID.

For ShopeePay withdrawals via DuitNow, open ShopeePay and select Transfer, then select DuitNow Transfer and select the type of payment ID and payment ID.

For Boost eWallet, open Boost and click Transfer, then select Send, select DuitNow, and enter the recipient’s cell phone number. Currently, Boost eWallet only supports transfers to DuitNow IDs of cell phone numbers.

For BigPay, open BigPay and select Explore, click DuitNow Transfer, select your account number or DuitNow ID, and enter the amount to be transferred.
