AirAsia X (AAX) has sent emails to the concerned users explaining the latest progress of the outstanding amount. Those users who have previously purchased RM499 unlimited passes but have not yet used them will receive cash vouchers from AirAsia X within the next 3 months.
Users can use the cash vouchers to book AAX tickets, which are flights that start with D7. The cash vouchers are valid for 5 years, meaning that users can use them to book tickets for the next 5 years.
AAX has now resumed flights from Kuala Lumpur to Sydney, New Delhi and Seoul. If a user wishes to book a flight in the near future but has not received a cash voucher from AAX, the user can contact AAX, [email protected] and provide their name, AirAsia Rewards ID, flight and the flight order number for which they have not yet received a refund. AAX will process the user’s request within 3 working days.
If AAX still owes you money, you will need to check your email and AirAsia account to see if you have received the cash voucher.
