You can check if you have any unclaimed money online.
The Electronic Government Unclaimed Money Information System, or eGUMIS for short, has been launched by Jabatan Akauntan Negara. This electronic system allows the public, particularly those living in rural areas, to check their unclaimed funds online.
Notice! You only need to create an account to assist family members in determining whether there is any unclaimed money. Each user is only allowed to check the information on two different ID cards per day.
If you discover that you have unclaimed money, you can bring the necessary documents to Jabatan Akauntan Negara to claim it.
How to Check for Unclaimed Payments Online
Step 1: Create an account at https://egumis.anm.gov.my/register/refunduser.
Step 2: After completing the account registration, go to https://egumis.anm.gov.my/login to log in.
Step 3: In the left column, click Carian Wang Tak Dituntut, enter the ID card number, and click Cari.
Step 4: The system will inform you of any unclaimed funds.
Step 5: If you find unclaimed money, fill out the form and take it to Jabatan Akauntan Negara to claim it.
