Do not set your ID card number, birthday date and telephone number as password of the bank account!

31/05/2022

The recent news that bank deposits were stolen has made people panic, and people began to worry about depositing money in the bank. Generally, the theft of bank deposits is caused by the victim downloading unknown software on his mobile phone, or clicking on the link of the fraud group, or by his relatives around him. Another possibility is that the victim used too simple a password

Many people worry that they have forgotten the bank’s login password, so they will choose their identity card number, birthday date, telephone number, license plate number and other identity data as the bank’s login password. In fact, this practice is very dangerous.

Nowadays, when applying for telephone cards, loans, drinking fountains, satellite TV and other services, we all need to provide ID card numbers and phone numbers, so these personal data are no longer confidential. If the fraud group obtains people’s phone numbers from these services, it can induce people to download software of unknown origin and obtain OTP or TAC for transfer.

Here, it is recommended that you avoid your personal information as much as possible when setting your bank login password, and try to use large and small English letters with numbers and symbols, such as Gang@1234af .
