Digi users who enable MasterCard Auto-Billing will receive a double discount of 5% and a RM10 Shopee Voucher.
Digi customers who enable Auto Billing will receive a 5% discount on their monthly bill for the next 6 months. This offer is only available for payment with MasterCard. This feature is available from November 1, 2022 to January 31, 2023.
For the first 15,000 customers who activate the auto-pay feature, they will also receive a one-time RM10 Shopee Voucher, which will be issued on their next auto-pay bill. The Shopee Voucher is valid for 6 months.
Users can choose to enable automatic bill payment via the Digi website or MyDigi APP.
Digi Website
Step 1: Browse http://www.digi.com.my/ and login to your account.
Step 2: Click on Manage Auto-Billing section.
Step 3: Fill in your MasterCard information and click Save.
Step 4: Click Enable Auto-Billing.
MyDigi APP
Step 1: Click Settings in MyDigi APP.
Step 2: Click My Payment.
Step 3: Enter the MyDigi APP login password.
Step 4: Click the + button to add a new MasterCard.
Step 5: Fill in the MasterCard bank card details.
Step 6: Click Add Card and Set as Auto-Billing.
