Digi system migration is still incomplete

27/10/2021

Digi users, will you be able to continue using mobile data to access the Internet?

According to Digi, the migration began on the evening of October 25 and will end at 9am on October 26. During the migration, customers will be unable to use MyDigi, pay their bills and have their internet speed limited.

Originally, Digi predicted that the migration would end in the morning of October 26th, but as of 10 pm on October 26th, it is understood that the migration is still ongoing. Some users were faced with the situation of not being able to use the Digi mobile network to access the Internet, and users flocked to Digi’s Facebook page to complain and gripe.

Some users tease themselves as if they are back to the 90s with Nokia 3310 cell phones, which can only send SMS, MMS and dialing. It is understood that not all Digi users are facing this problem, some users are still able to access the Internet normally.

During the system migration process, Digi users have been receiving some strange cell phone newsletters, such as the Internet data package has ended, getting free call balance, getting free Internet data, etc.

At the time of writing, Digi has not yet announced when the system migration process will resume.
