As of Feb. 14, Digi is only offering 5G network service to four packages.

It’s been 3.5 months since Digi launched its 5G network last November, and it’s still only offering 5G network service to those who signed up for the 4 packages, while others still don’t have access to the 5G network.

According to Digi’s website, only Digi Postpaid 90, Digi Postpaid 120, Digi Postpaid 150 and Digi Postpaid Family Unlimited subscribers are currently able to access the 5G network service.

This also means that you have to spend RM90 or more every month for you to be able to use Digi’s 5G network service. On the other hand, other telecom companies allow users with low monthly subscription fees to access 5G services.

Yes Postpaid allows 5G access for subscribers who pay RM58 per month, while Yes Prepaid subscribers get 5G access for RM30. TM unifi Mobile Postpaid subscribers only need to subscribe to RM59 to get 5G access, while TM unifi Mobile Prepaid subscribers can get 5G access for RM35. 5G is available for TM unifi Mobile Prepaid subscribers with RM35.

For Celcom Postpaid, 5G is available at a minimum of RM40, and Celcom Prepaid at a minimum of RM35. 5G is available at a minimum of RM38 for U Mobile Postpaid and RM25 for U Mobile Prepaid.

The 5G network not only provides a high-speed internet experience but also a low-latency experience, which is extremely important for handicappers.
