You seldom make calls, but you are forced to top up your number every month in order to keep your phone active. If you are a Digi Prepaid customer, you may consider purchasing the Super Long Life package to enjoy up to 365 days of activity.
Digi offers 3 Super Long Life packages, namely RM1 for 1 day active, RM68 for 180 days active and RM108 for 365 days active, all 3 packages are only available to Prepaid NEXT and Raja Kombo subscribers, other packages are not available to subscribers.
There are 2 ways to sign up for Digi Super Long Life, namely through MyDigi APP and through UMB.
1. MyDigi APP
Open the MyDigi APP, go to Reload, select Validity, and then select the Super Long Life package you want to sign up for. Remember to make sure you have sufficient balance in your account when you sign up for the package.
2. UMB
You can dial *128#, then select 1 My Account, then 4 Talktime Services, then Super Long Life, and then select the Super Long Life package you want to sign up for.
