CIMB will open the exchange of new banknotes on January 24, with a list of ATMs that can exchange new banknotes

Chinese people love to use everything new for Chinese New Year, such as new clothes, new shoes, new furniture, new cars, and of course, new banknotes. To this end, major domestic banks will launch a new banknote exchange service before the Lunar New Year.

CIMB Bank (CIMB) announced that it will launch new banknotes from January 24 to February 1, and interested friends can go to select CIMB ATMs to withdraw the new banknotes.

It is worth mentioning that most CIMB ATMs offer new RM10 banknotes, while only one branch offers RM50 new banknotes, namely Menara CIMB Kuala Lumpur.

If you choose the new RM10 banknotes, you can withdraw up to RM300 per person, which is a maximum of 30 RM10 notes per person. If you choose new banknotes of RM50, you can withdraw up to RM1500 or up to 30 new banknotes.
