Chocolate lovers, are chocolate mochi your favorite? Does tasting the crispy, inverted chocolate mochi with scented tea make your afternoon tea different? The chocolate flavor is mochi, which allows you to taste a different chocolate dessert than ever. Save it quickly!

▼ Ingredients:

  • Tapioca Flour – 120g
  • Corn Oil -20ml
  • Whole Egg Mixture – 25g
  • Sugar Substitute – 10g
  • Cocoa Powder – 5g
  • Fresh Milk – 60ml
  • Chocolate Beans – 10g

▼ Steps:

  1. Pour 120g of tapioca flour and 5g of cocoa powder into a dry bowl and mix well.
  2. Add 20 ml of corn oil, 10 g of sugar substitute and 60 ml of fresh milk and mix well until no dry powder is present.
  3. Pour 25g of the whole egg mixture into the mix and knead and press the batter into cakes.
  4. Sprinkle 10g of chocolate beans on the pressed dough and knead it into a ball.
  5. Preheat the oven.
  6. Bake the dough in the oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes and spray the top of the dough with a little water.
