Check if your RHB account is logged in by an unfamiliar mobile phone!

There are many cases of bank deposits being stolen and it is not easy to prevent them. A few days ago, there was a case where an unfamiliar mobile phone was used to log into a bank account, resulting in a loss of over RM10,000 to the victim.

It is always advisable to check if your bank account has been logged in by an unfamiliar device. If you find that your bank account has been logged in by an unfamiliar device, you should remove it immediately and change your login password immediately.

RHB users can check which devices are logged into their accounts directly through the RHB Mobile Banking APP.

To check if your account has been logged in by an unfamiliar device, you can log in to the RHB Mobile Banking APP and click on the Options function in the top left corner. The system will show you which devices are logged into your account.

If you find that your old phone is still logged into your RHB account, you can also choose to remove the device.

To check if your RHB account is logged on to an unknown device

Step 1: Login to the RHB Mobile Banking APP.

Step 2: Click into the Options function in the top left corner.

Step 3: Select Security.

Step 4: Click on Authorised Devices.

Step 5: If you find that an unfamiliar device has logged into your account, you can choose to remove the device.

Step 6: You will receive an SMS notification when the device is removed.
