Attention Celcom customers! Celcom has announced a schedule of planned network maintenance, which may result in network disruptions or slowdowns during the maintenance period.
According to Celcom’s website, Scheduled Network Maintenance will be carried out from 11 to 15 July in several areas of the country. Users may be unable to dial up and access the Internet.
However, it is important to note that most of these network maintenance works will be carried out at night, i.e. between 12am and 6am.
If you are still experiencing network problems after the network maintenance work has been completed, you can try turning on your phone’s Airplane Mode and then turning off Airplane Mode after a few minutes to refresh your network connection.
