According to Celcom’s website, Scheduled Network Maintenance (Scheduled Network Maintenance) will be carried out in several areas of the country between 15 and 21 July. Users may be unable to dial up and access the internet.
However, it should be noted that most of these network maintenance works will be carried out at night, i.e. between 12am and 6am.
If you are still experiencing network problems after the network maintenance work has been completed, you can try turning on your phone’s Flight Mode and then turning off Airplane Mode after a few minutes to refresh your network connection.
