Celcom has announced the details of a telecom package for students and youths in Malaysia. 21 years old and below can sign up directly through Celcom Life, while young students between 22 and 30 years old need to visit a Celcom service center when signing up for the package.
To help low-income groups and students, the government and the telecommunications company have partnered to launch the Pakej Remaja Keluarga Malaysia . This package allows users to get 110GB of internet data for RM30 and is valid for 90 days.
However, it is important to note that 90GB of the 110GB of Internet data can only be used to browse educational or learning websites, not social media or audio/video media, and will be issued to users in the form of 1GB per day, which will automatically expire the next day if not used up. The remaining 20GB of data can be used to browse any website.
Applications for the Pakej Remaja Kelauga Malaysia are open from October 15, 2021 to April 15, 2022.
