Attention Celcom and Digi customers! Celcom BlueCube and Digi Stores will now be available for both Celcom and Digi customers.
With the merger of Celcom and Digi already completed by the end of 2022 and the formation of CelcomDigi Berhad, the latest news from CelcomDigi is that Celcom and Digi subscribers can choose to visit either Celcom BlueCube or Digi Stores for their telecommunication services.
Simply put, there will be 534 Celcom BlueCube and Digi Stores across Malaysia to serve both Celcom and Digi customers, while Digi customers can visit Celcom BlueCube for various services and Celcom customers can visit Digi Stores for various services.
Services offered by both Celcom BlueCube and Digi Stores include signing up for new mobile services, ordering new devices, porting in phone numbers, switching packages, replacing SIM cards, paying bills and recharging services, and more.
If users choose to go online, Digi users will still need to go through the MyDigi APP and Celcom users will still need to go through the Celcom Life APP.
Sources indicate that Axiata wants to keep Celcom and Digi separate and that the integration of the two telecom companies is not expected to be completed until 2025.
