KWSP i-Akaun is experiencing system failure.
You can’t get KWSP i-Akaun open smoothly? Don’t worry, KWSP i-Akaun is experiencing a system disruption. On the morning of December 15th, KWSP’s online system began to malfunction, making it impossible to log in smoothly to deal with provident fund-related matters.
According to the Employees Provident Fund (KWSP), all of the Provident Fund’s pipelines, including the i-Akaun system, are currently experiencing system failures. Users will be unable to handle any provident fund-related issues through i-Akaun for the time being.
Because the Provident Fund Board understands employers’ concerns, the monthly payment deadline, which was originally due on December 15, has been extended to December 30. Employers will also face no penalties if they pay provident funds to their employees between December 15 and December 30.
The EPF stated that it will make every effort to restore the system and minimise the impact on employers. The latest status will be updated at any time by the Provident Fund Board.
