Boost eWallet has also added a restaurant ordering service, known as Boost Makan.
According to a news release from Boost eWallet, Boost has launched a new restaurant ordering platform, Boost Makan, which allows consumers to easily order food through Boost eWallet without the need for complex back-end systems and high fees.
Boost eWallet launched a trial version of Boost Makan on its merchant platform Boost Biz six weeks ago and received positive feedback from merchants. Now it has been officially rolled out to users’ Boost e-wallets.
Boost Makan offers four food ordering services, including delivery within a 20km radius, customer pickup, in-store touchless ordering, and Drapery transactions. Those who choose delivery or pick-up can set the delivery time and preferred pick-up time. For those who choose Drive-Thru, they can provide their license plate number. You don’t need to get out of your car when you arrive at the restaurant, the staff will bring the food to your car.
To promote Boost Makan, users who order food through Boost Makan over RM20 will receive RM5 cash rebate. The offer is valid from now until 31 December 2021 and each user can enjoy up to 3 times of cashback.
To use the Boost Makan service, you can open the Boost APP, click on the Food icon, then select Boost Makan, and then you can start ordering.
