A man who is just 165 cm tall has experienced bullying and discrimination his entire life and has never been able to find a girlfriend. This man successfully gained 13cm of height after spending US$160,000 (or roughly RM702,000) on height-enhancing surgery for his “lifelong happiness”!
Moses Gibson, a 41-year-old man from Minnesota, has purportedly always been self conscious about his height. Since high school, he has felt unsatisfied with his height.
According to reports, Moses Gibson’s leg had to undergo surgery to break his tibia and fibula, install magnetic nails to stretch the limb and utilize a heightening device three times a day to force the severed bones apart. 1/1000 of an inch.
Moses Gibson carried out this procedure as much as twice. He had surgery in 2016 for US$75,000 (about RM329,000), which resulted in a 7cm height gain. He was not content at the moment, so in March of this year, he paid an additional US$98,000 (about RM430,000) for a second operation to make him 178cm taller.
Gibson’s confidence increased as he grew in stature from 165 cm to 178 cm, and he even succeeded in finding love. He no longer feels disadvantaged compared due of his height, although the fact that he is still surrounded by numerous individuals who are taller than him.
