MySejahtera users who do not have a blue checkmark may face problems with the vaccination certificate not being displayed.
According to the official information released by MySejahtera, after people have verified their identity, MySejahtera will show a blue checkmark with the word Verified / Sah.
If your MySejahtera has not been verified, then the system will display the words Verify Now or Sahkan Segera in red. If you are not verified immediately, you may have problems using some of the features of MySejahtera, such as vaccination certificates that may not be displayed correctly.
To verify your identity, you can click on the red Verify Now or Sahkan Segera and fill in the relevant information and enter your date of birth. Attention! Only version 1.1.8 of MySejahtera has the blue checkmark.
MySejahtera users whose identity has been verified by the system will no longer be able to change their name or ID number. The user name and ID fields on the Profile page will also be grayed out and the page will state that the identity has been verified and the profile cannot be changed.
