According to a message from the Land Transport Authority (JPJ), the mySIKAP system will be suspended for 3 days and logging in will not be possible. Citizens are advised to be aware of this and avoid using the mySIKAP system during this period.
The mySIKAP system will be under maintenance from 15 September 2023 at 5pm to 17 September 2023 at 6am. During this period of time, it will be impossible to use mySIKAP for any JPJ-related transactions.
JPJ service counters will be unavailable, myJPJ APP will not work properly, and JPJeBID system will also be affected. Not only that, even the Kiosk will be affected and unavailable.
Other affected services include JPJ related services under POS such as renewal of driving licence and road tax at POS.
