Attention all AmBank depositors! AmBank will upgrade the Debit Card system, during which ATM and AmOnline will not be available.
According to a message from AmBank, AmOnline’s Debit Card service will not be available from 6pm on January 12, 2024 to 8am on January 14, 2024.
As for Debit Card-related services at ATMs from 12:01 am to 6 pm on January 13, including cash withdrawals and in-store card swiping, you will not be able to use them.
In addition, AmOnline’s Credit Card service and the e-commerce platform’s AmBank transaction service will not be available from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. on January 13. All AmOnline services will be unavailable from 12:01 a.m. to 8 a.m. on January 14.
AmBank depositors are encouraged to plan online transactions in advance to avoid using Debit Card and AmOnline services during the system upgrade period.
